To apply for MI rating you must achieve the following requirements in these areas | ||||||

Be a renewed teaching status IDC Staff Instructor | |||||||
|
Be a PADI Instructor for at least two years | |||||||
|
Emergency First Response Instructor | |||||||
|
Have participated in at least three Instructor Development seminars: | |||||||
|
Risk Management seminar | |||||||
|
Status Upgrade | |||||||
|
Staff a complete IDC, or AI/OWSI portions separately | |||||||
|
Member Forums | |||||||
|
Video/Seminars - Successful Retail Selling,Career Tracking Tips, Advanced Strategies | |||||||
|
Meet certification counts at time of application | |||||||
|
Use complete system of PADI materials | |||||||
|
Issue PADI as primary certification, as outlined in PADI manuals | |||||||
|
No verified or open Quality Assurance violations within six months prior to application | |||||||
|
Support aquatic and environmental efforts through the PADI organisation | |||||||
